Mr. Abayomi Olusegun-Oshin is the founder and CEO of Black Earth Organics. He began his career as a financial analyst, demonstrating exceptional proficiency in strategic planning, business development, research, human resources, and management.
In 2019, he pursued his passion for organic agricultural products, focusing on compost and soil, and founded Black Earth Organics. Under his visionary leadership, Black Earth Organics has grown into a pioneering organic recycling company that excels in producing a wide range of agricultural products, including compost, potting mixes, organic black soil, liquid nitrogen, and organic pesticides. The company is also known for its innovative “Kids Plant Grow Kit,” designed to engage and educate children about sustainable agriculture in a fun and interactive way.
Ademola Elebute
Demola oversees strategic growth and financing initiatives at Black Earth Organics. An investment banker by training, his professional career includes stints at Goldman Sachs, Bank of America and most recently Citi Group.
He is passionate about Black Earth’s mission to reduce waste and carbon emissions in as many communities as possible and employs a detailed and methodical approach to ensure BEO stays ahead of the curve where financing and strategic planning is concerned.
